Guest guest
Wow, this is news to me! This could be a refreshing way to practice. Here is a copy of the SB 86 Medical Retainer Law which "exempts medical practices that offer services for a set fee from the Insurance Code but requires them to register with the department and provide certain disclosures to patients." I found it on the Oregon Insurance Division website. Can we verify that a chiropractic clinic would fall under this bill? I thought this was 'acting as an insurance company" and illegal here in Oregon. skSunny Kierstyn, RN DC Fibromyalgia Care Center of Oregon 2677 Willakenzie Road, 7CEugene, Oregon, 97401541- 654-0850; Fx; 541- 654-0834www.drsunnykierstyn.com 1 of 1 File(s) sb0086.en.pdf
