Hi everyone my name is brenda I am 52 and live in florida. I am new

here but not new to bodyforlife. I entered a bfl challange last year

and completed it sucessfully. I felt great on both the bfl food and

exercise plan. Ok ok unless your count the soreness for all thoese

workouts lol. Some how over the last year I just seemed to lose some

of my motivation and I havent been working out the way I used to and

my eating has gotten off track. I am looking foward to being a part of

this group and I plan on entering another challange soon. Body fat is

more of an issue to me then weight my goals for the next challange I

enter is to lose 10 pounds and 6 % body fat.
