A great % of my Magnesium and Calcium, among other minerals, comes

from the Fijiwater I drink. (Dissolved solids) Wrapped into my B

complex is also some Magnesium, and my diet includes Calcium in milk

and cottage as well.

As for Vitamin E, I take 1000 IU per day.

I have been drinking this water, on this diet/nutrition plan, and

taking Vitamin E at this dose for about 10 years. Absolutely no bad

side effects - rather the opposite, I feel the best I have ever felt

in my life.
