Hi all! I just joined the group this week and began my transformation to a

leaner me! I started back to the gym on Monday. I went everyday so far.I'm

on day 6! I did cardio workouts for 45 minutes, and then weights for 30-45

minutes 3 of those days. I also did yoga on Tuesday and an aerobic class

on Wednesday each for 1 hour. I cut out my sweet tea and soda. UGH! I am

now drinking lots of water, a diet green tea every now and then, and had a

few pepsi max. I am eating better as well. I am having protein bars for

breakfast, salad and low fat cottage cheese for lunch, and a good balanced

dinner. No more sweets before dinner either! I am trying so hard to be

good! A couple of days I did have a mini chill which consisted of about 5

m & m's. LOL! Ummm.I am about 5'3 " weighing in at 166 when I started at the

gym this week. Lots of work to go! I am wearing a size 13 not loosely. I

would like to get back to a size 9 for my short term goal. I am also doing

the wii fit, mostly for body tests, and just started the EA Active

yesterday.today was day 2 of a 30 day challenge. I have not taken the

before photos as I know I should have. I also have not measured. A year

ago I went to the gym at 160, got a trainer and lost 10 pounds in 12 weeks.

Needless to say I put it all back on and then some. But I just turned 39

and it's my wake up call to get healthier before I turn 40. I want to fit,

fab and 40! I hope this group will help me be more accountable for my

actions!
