Guest guest Posted January 4, 2010 Report Share Posted January 4, 2010 Hi everyone!! I'm a 40 yr old mom of four, 5'3 " , and weigh 145 lbs. My goal weight is 125 lbs. Last year I started working out religiously, cardio and weights and changed my HORRENDOUS eating habits and was successfully able to get to 128 lbs! I was thrilled but then boredom at the gym struck and I starting eating bad and skipping the gym. Now, over the past two months with doing nothing healthy, I'm back to 145. I was sooooo close to my goal weight!! Anyway, I know what I need to do, now I just need to do it!! Here are my short and long term goals for the year:) Measure, weight and pictures Journal my food, water, and exercise daily Drink water!! Healthy eating plans and choices No eating in bed (my favorite thing to do!! hahaha bad, bad, bad) gym 5 days a week (weights and cardio) 10 mile race in May, Marathon in October I wish everyone the best of luck this year!! I'm going to post pics and try to keep updating throughout the year. Hopefully, we can keep each other motivated while we see each others progress!!!
