Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I took the morning off - my back is feeling much better thanks to yoga and a decent nights sleep. I had some work I needed to finish this morning for my job as I plan to leave early today to take DD to her school's fundraiser at Chuck E. Cheese (sort of dreading that place!!) I'm still trying to figure out what in T-Tapp set my back off like that - I assume it is T-Tapp since that was the only thing "different" that I did.....I wonder if I overstretched in the torso twist? My ROM is much better than it was, but maybe i pushed it too far too soon? It is sort of baffling as I had always used T-Tapp to help my back in the past. I also wonder if that "tuck" is just not good for me. I know that T-Tapp trainers say it is okay b/c the rest of your body is in alignment, but who "naturally" stands or moves w/ their butt tucked underneath them? I may give it a try later on in my rehab just to see if perhaps it was the timing that was not good as opposed to the method - but for now I'm shelving it as I don't want to land back where I was yesterday. Hey, and on the bright spot, if it ends up not being for me, I can probably make a killing selling my workouts on e-bay. I think T-Tapp goes for a hefty price. As much as I hate to get rid of my workouts (I always have the "someday" thing in my head), I am going to be getting rid of stuff that bugs my back - what is the point? There are many training options available and I'm sure I'll find a suitable range of options for me! Take care, Donna
