Guest guest Posted July 16, 2009 Report Share Posted July 16, 2009 30 Muscle-Ups For Time. We practiced the form/transition for muscle ups, and one woman could actually do one on her first try! But only one! For the workout we did 30 dips and 30 pullups. The warm up was really fun today. There were 2 rounds of about 6 different exercises. Tomorrow I get to sleep late and not workout!
