Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone would like to discuss how they are able to tincture

with " repeatability " ?? (I guess I'm not really sure how to ask this question)

I mean, it would be nice to be able to repeat the process and get similar

results for use in in a particular fragrance formula.

Someone from *another perfume group* (her name is ) discussed the use of a

TDS meter and a hydrometer calibrated to test for alcohol proof. She said that

" the benefit of using these devices is that it will give you an idea of what the

alcohol content of the end product (tincture) and help you approximate if you

have saturated the tincture with as much plant extract as possible. "

I was just wondering if anyone from this group had any thoughts or experience

they'd like to share? I would really love to get a thread going on this!

Warmly,

on
