I'm actually up two pounds in the last four weeks making my weight loss for

this challenge, two pounds. I'm a bit concerned, but not freaking Yet. If

its the same story four weeks from now, then I'm freaking.

I have been focusing on nutrition this last four weeks and really paying

attention so the food I eat is stuff like brown rice and protein. And I'm

measuring stuff. (yes I had free day crap, but monitor calories on freeday)

My arms are smaller and my measurements are down in some areas, just not

much. I started training for a half marathon and I have heard that throws

your body off as afar as weight loss for a few weeks.

In June when I finished my last challenge I was 196. I am 202 right now and

the body fat/measurements are about the same. Its hard to get an accurate

reading at 38%bf, but its all I have to go on. I'm going to take it as a

sign I'm building muscle and keep working on that.

Yes I am discouraged and right now I figure I have two choices. 1. give up,

and we see where that has got me. 2. work hard and see what happens in the

next four weeks.

I'm still a 12-14-16 and people have started asking me " what I've done " (i

feel like nothing) But I have lost 10 pounds this year and 42 in the last

2.5 years, giving up smoking, and i'm rambling.

but

It just sucks when you see these 40-50 pound weight losses in a few months

and my body won't do that.

There are only two options regarding commitment. You're either in or out.

There's no such thing as a life in-between.
