These are pure food-grade 100% oils. They seem to have a richer, more complex nature to many of the pressed citrus oils that I have gotten from EO companies. Perhaps their method of expression is slightly different because of the consumable nature of their products. They are great additions to the EO palette, but may not necessarily replace other lemon, lime and orange oils that you have. The lime oil that I have from them has a slightly bitter tinge to it, less high-noted than my other lime oils. But that is not necessarily a negative thing, in my book.
