A little about me: I turn 40 in March and want to be in my best possible shape by then! I have a 4 yo and 2 yo, and I've become very lax lately where nutrition is concerned. We've been sick a lot this season, and I am overhauling our diet to help build our immunity. BFL looks like a good plan. My goal is to lose 20 lbs of fat and build muscle. I tend to start out really strong and within a few weeks lose steam, so I desperately need accountability. Please help me, girls le Visit my money-saving BLOG!
