Oh Donna, I'm sorry. I gave it to my mother this year when she was out for

a visit. I couldn't remember what I gave her, but I just checked, and CS is

gone. My mother doesn't use dvds very often, but I thought she might at

least try stretching. I gave away something else I didn't like, too, at the

same time, and now I can't remember what it was...for my neice, though.

Okay, now that's going to bug me all day!

Today I did Cathe's Pyramid Upper Body. I'm officially fried. I LOVE

having my new weights - made this workout so much better, and more

effective. Having the 2, 3, and 4's were especially good for the shoulder

work.

Here's a question - I always do the premix of Up only. Just feels right,

like I'm warming up my muscles for the harder work. BUT, should I mix it up

and do the Down only once in a while? Is there a good reason to do that

(other than variety); I mean, obviously there is, or Cathe wouldn't have

included it, right?

Happy New Year's Eve -

in Ontario

, if you are interested in unloading that back

stretch workout I'd be happy to take it off your hands

for cash or a trade! I would like to try ANYTHING to

get the knots out of my back and I have heard that

this one works.

Oh no problem ! I probably don't need anything

else anyway! LOL!

Not sure what to say about your Cathe question - I

guess maybe if you start with the heavier work first

you can lift heavier rather than pre-fatiguing with

the lighter weight first? Just my theory...
