Guest guest Posted December 31, 2007 Report Share Posted December 31, 2007 Hi, This evening I did yoga, but wanted to add something else so I decided to give my calves a New Years gift (hehe) Here's what I did. 10 Minute Solution Yoga- Yoga Burn Gym Style- calves 4 Day Split- calves (skipped weighted calves) 10 Minute Solution Yoga- Stretch my calves are nice and toast and I feel totally stretch.
