Guest guest
Hey, is anyone doing a rotation this month that I could modify to reduce lower body work? Nothing I've looked at is catching my eye, and I could use the motivation of having a workout partner(s). -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of Pink Pussycat Oh God. Guest guest
Agreed. I wish someone would come up with some rotations for injuries. You know, if you break your arm, you can still work out (well, after a bit), or sprain an ankle, or mess up your knees. LOL I suppose it's too person-specific, though, to be feasible to put together generic injury workouts. Wishful thinking on my part... , who should be previewing Debbie Rocker's Walking for Weight Loss - dvd and cd workouts, from the library. I'm betting this will translate well onto the rebounder, which I'm going to try tomorrow - maybe not this workout, but the rebounder and dvd that came with -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of fitgrl222@... Guest guest
Love the idea of rotations for injuries! Maybe someone who likes making up rotations will think about this and post it? Debbie Rocker's Walking for Weight Loss would be GREAT on the rebounder! There's a long portion where there's no instruction, just beautiful scenery and you're just marching in place. Of course, you can do anything you want at that time but I the one time I did this workout I just walked, not realizing how long that part would last. Carolyn, I think, suggested jogging, doing kicks or other moves or just doing it on the rebounder. Let us know what you do! RE: Cathe's January Rotation Agreed.
