OMG you and your calves! Ow! Love it! You never fail to impress me ! You should climb 20 flights of stairs in a building sometime! My calves are what burn the most the next day, more than the quads even! I know I should work every muscle group evenly, but my feeling is when my butt and gut are gone I'll worry about my calves. I also worry about the calves cramping. Do yours ever do that? Mine do once in awhile.
