My CA spoke with 2 people at Progressive auto insurance Monday who both said that this policy has no PIP.

Oregon driver, Oregon Insurance.

We called back today and whaddayaknow! They have PIP.

It may or may not be because their last names are Hispanic or that Progressive means “liar”. HAHA.

Thanks for your answers.

Subject: PIP is a weird world

I have a patient who has Progressive auto insurance and the adjuster said that there is no pip coverage.

I thought that all policies in Oregon had to have PIP.

Am I the last one to know?
