Guest guest
I was wondering if fruits, like veggies, are something that we can have a little more of since they're lower in calories? I know that lots of fruits have natural sugars in them and some are considered carbs, but are they like veggies, were you can have more rather than less? Just looking for otherways to help curb my hungary. It seems that I have been feeling more hungar pains in the last 2 weeks now that i stopped taking fat burners. And the weight has gone up a few pounds which is extremely frustrating to me! I am getting ready to start C2 and wonder also, if others that have done several challenges recommend a week off or two? What has worked for you guys? Thanks
Guest guest
Absolutely take a week off. Your muscles, ligaments and even bones need to catch up, especially if working out is new to you. I take a week off workouts but never more than a couple of days off the diet. That way I don't lose progress. With the fruits, just watch your carbs a little more than with veggies. Don't go over 25-30 grams per meal. Are you getting your essential fats? That really helped me with the hunger. beth kananimercado wrote: I was wondering if fruits, like veggies, are something that we can have a little more of since they're lower in calories?
