Guest guest
I have a shoulder injury and went to see a specialist for a cortisone injection. When he found out I have Conn's - he sent me to a physiotherapist instead.I've been told I can't take ibuprofen, or anti-inflammatories, so what can I do to relieve the pain to sleep at night? I take panadol back and neck, which has the equivalent of what americans call tylenol and potassium.A good night's sleep would be welcome -- and yes, seeing the physio as well.
