How is it going Connie? I did so well on BFL and lost a lot of weight. The

last two years have been difficult with a new job, college, etc.... I did not

plan my meals, etc...! I am so sorry I did not because I gained a lot of it

back! argh....(not to mention i am a single mom with four kids)

I didn't keep my fat clothes either so i don't have clothes I can wear and I am

stubborn about going out to buy some. Work starts in a month...I might be able

to squeeze into my stretchables, but still two sizes bigger than what I was. (i

started bigger than what I am now and i was in much worse shape so have muscle

yet to go on long walks and try to jog.....I have those positives)

After I lose this time, I have to take the cues of my jeans getting tight right

away.....

anyway, I loved exercising, eating right and the way it made me feel so I am

back on it as well....FOR GOOD!

I have to take time on Sunday to cook and prepare my food....that's my downfall.

I know if I don't, I grab everything in sight because i am always busy.

When I participate more on this message board, I do better as well :)

I had a salad the other day with lettuce, spinach, strawberries, blueberries,

chicken breast and egg white with lemon poppy seed dressing. It was

great....I'm not sure what a good substitue for that dressing would be to fit

into bfl? (low fat-low cal)

Anyway......let me know how it is going.....I'm excited to be back....

for a loop and I've let my healthy eating habits slip. Well, I now fit back into

my fat jeans (of which I only kept one pair). I have one sundress that fits and

the rest of my clothes are tight and uncomfortable. It's sad when your workout

clothes are tight.
