I am deficient in Vitamin D as my value is 20 and should be 30 to 80. Do I need to take a vitamin D supplement in addition to Eplerenone? What about Calcium and Magnesium supplementation? What effect will this have on my blood pressure and hyperaldosteronism.I am always thirsty and always urinating.I read some articles related to this issue but I do not understand them.Vitamin D deficiency in primary aldosteronismhttp://www.thefreelibrary.com/Vitamin+D+deficiency+in+primary+aldosteronism*-a0144298842and Aldosteronism & Vitamin D Deficiencyhttp://www.livestrong.com/article/167327-aldosteronism-vitamin-d-deficiency/Can you please advise?
