Guest guest
http://www.crossfit.com/ posts a workout of the day (WOD), often with video. The workouts are simple and killer - sprints, deadlifts, push-ups, KB swings, etc. Turbulence Training posts a new 4-week workout every month in the forums if you're a TT Member. I like those for home because they're all dumbbells and body weight. No worries if you don't have a leg press machine handy. There are lots of workouts and demos on YouTube, including quite a few free TT workouts. I have a membership at Workout Pass http://workoutpass.com/ which I almost never use but that is pages and pages of workouts from top strength and conditioning coaches. I'm sure there's a bunch of stuff I'm not thinking of... > Well, I'm unjoining the gym. Guest guest
Netflix! For as low as $8.99 a month you can get the 1 at a time plan, BUT, it also comes with UNLIMITED watch from your pc. Many of their fitness videos are in online format, so I just hook my laptop up to my tv with an S Cable and an audio plug, and I'm set! You should browse - that would keep things fresh and current! > http://www.crossfit.com/ posts a workout of the day (WOD), often with > video. > The workouts are simple and killer - sprints, deadlifts, push-ups, KB > swings, etc. > > Turbulence Training posts a new 4-week workout every month in the forums if > you're a TT Member.
