I have been told it's not the best brand but until I find something better for about the same price its GNC for me. I take about 5 or 6 of the time release pills. They are 1,000 milligrams each. I take them a while before I go to bed. My husband is amazed that I can sleep after taking all of them and not have to get up to pee all night. I just use all of it I guess.
