Guest guest
eating vegetables with potassium can help the sodium out?I am a pharmacy graduate. As i know Potassium in sodium out.with this practice , i think the hypertension will be diminished? We all know, of course, that aldosterone causes retention of sodium and loss of potassium. Most of us also know it causes loss of magnesium, without a sufficiency of which there cannot be proper "householding" of potassium in any case. Potassium and magnesium are certainly critical to myriad enzymatic processes and hyperaldosteronism leads to numerous secondary metabolic, digestive, neurological, and psychiatric complaints largely mediated directly or (mostly) indirectly by these two minerals. But what of other important mineral nutrients? Which of the following does aldosterone hoard and which does it waste? Some of these are mere trace minerals, of course, but nonetheless critical ones that can cause measurable dysfunction in excess or deficiency. So which do we lose and which do we accumulate? Is there a way to predict from their chemical properties? CalciumZincPhosphorusIronBoronChromiumManganeseSulfur AG

Guest guest
Sure you can. You need to be on spironolactone or eplerenone, at a dose that brings your BP down to an appropriate range. Ideally, it should replace most if not all of your other BP meds. Aldosteronism is a disease of salt and water retention. To help manage it, you MUST begin reducing you salt intake to 1500 mg per day or less. The less salt, the lower the BP and the lower the dose of spiro/epler you'll need. Some people need an additional med like a calcium channel blocker i.e. amlodipine to get the BP down to desired range. > > can i live longer even i have hyperaldosteronism?i am afraid really.i just fresh graduate of college. >
Guest guest
Not sure what you are saying but recommend you get and read the DASH book by T. now so you have a more solid base on which to discuss the issues. Guest guest
Depends on how old you are now what is your gender and do you smoke or have diabetes and what is your cholesterol and family Hx.What we do know is that after age, smoking and gender the single best way to predict when you will suffer with before you die and how old you will be when you die is to look at your BP. If you are 99 you will not likely lie much longer. But if you are just now grADUAEting from college you must have been slow. Guest guest
Bad fingers. Sorry. Now to predict how long you will live tell us your BP.Unfortunately, we do not have good data from the Philippines on the effect of BP on survival. The life insurance industry will know but likely do not tell anyone. Thus we need you complete story.Does your family have a Hx of high blood pressure or low K?CE Grim MDi am a Filipina,female,26 years old.i have a family history of diabetes, breast cancer, psoriasis, asthma.medium language is english.my first language is tagalog from Philippines.i just missed letters when i encoded it.I don't smoke,i don't drink alcohol.i stop drinking alcohol when i was diagnosed of MVP.My cholesterol is fine.i think english also is not your first dialect bec. of your spelling of graduate.can i live longer even i have hyperaldosteronism?i am afraid really.i just fresh graduate of college.
