Thanks ,

I am not discouraged because I totally agree with your statement.  I just

wanted something to go by. Very excited!  For the first time in my life I am

doing it!  I still look in the mirror and feel disgust.  Hopefully that

feeling will pass!  I have heard people say that even after they lose weight

they still have that feeling when they look in the mirror.  I will be watching

tha body fat percentage numbers go down so that I can maintain a healthy

attitude.

Congrats on the percentage drop! There is no " average " body fat loss

because bodies and measurement methods vary so much. The percentages

will usually bounce a little but as long as you're trending lower over

time, you're doing great. 5% is a great big drop.
