Lynn! I'm so happy to hear that the judge chastised the opposing attorney,

and is clearly on your side. I'm sorry to hear, though, that you'll still

have this pending until later this year or next year. I know you'd love to

see resolution to this - again.

But it certainly sounds encouraging!

I want to thank all of you for your prayers and kind thoughts. I really

do appreciate it. Well I came home with no answers but things are in my

favor. The insurance came to court unprepared and the judge was very

angry. She fined them, making them pay my attorney with bonus money.

So everything is being held over until December or January. My attorney

today is giving the judge all the bills that they have not paid. My

attorney told me the judge is clearly in my court. He said maybe since

they have been penalized so bad they might start talking settlement but

he doesn't know for sure. He told just to sit back and see what

happens. I do need to get to another doctor because mine doesn't want

to do court stuff. The attorney is going to ask him just for a note

stating that the injury is too old. It seems that the insurance company

wants my old employer to pay for their doctor and s won't do it.

They told the insurance company to pay. So they are battling this

issue. The judge told them how dare they walk into her court room

unprepared. Also, why did they even start this knowing they didn't have

what they should have had. I can only go by my attorney and he was a

happy man. He did say they will really start watching me. But that

doesn't bother me, however, he wants me to call the police every time I

see them. Told my friend to call the police too. So I didn't get

answers but did find out the judge is on my side. She is so young only

in her thirties.

Glad you won this round Lynn! Sounds like things are

going your way, only very slowly it seems.

Dear Lynn...sounds like you have a sharp judge, and things will

eventually be ok. I' m sorry it's dragging on so...but perhaps in the

long run it will all bode better for you. That's the most important

thing in my book. Hang in there, kiddo, and know you're always in my

heart & in my prayers.

Great news Lynn! I know the relief you feel, especially to know where you

stand.

I hope you don¹t have to put up with all that surveillance again, but at

least you know how to handle them!

Victory is so sweet especially to someone so deserving.

Sorry that the day ended without final resolution of the problem, Lynn. It does

sound like everything is going strongly your way. That's great news.

I hope that wc settles up instead of dragging this out any longer.

Hi Tess,

Thank you I am still going over everything that happened yesterday. The

good part is my attorney was very happy and I always take that as a good

sign.

Hope you are having better day, I know you haven't been feeling well.

Hi a,

Things did go well not what I was hoping for but it could have been

worse. I did call the surgeon. I just can't continue to be like this, it's

no fun. So I will see what he has to say. I always worry that I am insulting

my GI doctor, I really hope I haven't. But I just don't think this is right.

Plus I need to be able to eat something and soup is getting very old. Hope

you are doing well.

Hello everyone!

A friend of mine once said that each person has different 'homes' -

people/places/things/hobbies/memories/anything where you can be yourself and

feel perfectly comfortable about it. I take the liberty of presenting my list of

'homes' here.. and I ask everyone here to do this exercise for it's a 'feel
