Guest guest
Lynn! I'm so happy to hear that the judge chastised the opposing attorney, and is clearly on your side. I'm sorry to hear, though, that you'll still have this pending until later this year or next year. I know you'd love to see resolution to this - again. But it certainly sounds encouraging! Love and hugs, Carol [ ] home I want to thank all of you for your prayers and kind thoughts. I really do appreciate it. Well I came home with no answers but things are in my favor. The insurance came to court unprepared and the judge was very angry. She fined them, making them pay my attorney with bonus money. So everything is being held over until December or January. My attorney today is giving the judge all the bills that they have not paid. My attorney told me the judge is clearly in my court. He said maybe since they have been penalized so bad they might start talking settlement but he doesn't know for sure. He told just to sit back and see what happens. I do need to get to another doctor because mine doesn't want to do court stuff. The attorney is going to ask him just for a note stating that the injury is too old. It seems that the insurance company wants my old employer to pay for their doctor and s won't do it. They told the insurance company to pay. So they are battling this issue. The judge told them how dare they walk into her court room unprepared. Also, why did they even start this knowing they didn't have what they should have had. I can only go by my attorney and he was a happy man. He did say they will really start watching me. But that doesn't bother me, however, he wants me to call the police every time I see them. Told my friend to call the police too. So I didn't get answers but did find out the judge is on my side. She is so young only in her thirties. Again thank you to all of you. The roller coaster ride continues. Lynn (MeMom)

Guest guest
Dear Lynn...sounds like you have a sharp judge, and things will eventually be ok. I' m sorry it's dragging on so...but perhaps in the long run it will all bode better for you. That's the most important thing in my book. Hang in there, kiddo, and know you're always in my heart & in my prayers. Much Love... Tess
Guest guest
Great news Lynn! I know the relief you feel, especially to know where you stand. I hope you don¹t have to put up with all that surveillance again, but at least you know how to handle them! Victory is so sweet especially to someone so deserving. Hugs, a
Guest guest
Sorry that the day ended without final resolution of the problem, Lynn. It does sound like everything is going strongly your way. That's great news. I hope that wc settles up instead of dragging this out any longer. [ ] home > I want to thank all of you for your prayers and kind thoughts. I really > do appreciate it. Guest guest
Hi Tess, Thank you I am still going over everything that happened yesterday. The good part is my attorney was very happy and I always take that as a good sign. Hope you are having better day, I know you haven't been feeling well. Guest guest
Hi a, Things did go well not what I was hoping for but it could have been worse. I did call the surgeon. I just can't continue to be like this, it's no fun. So I will see what he has to say. I always worry that I am insulting my GI doctor, I really hope I haven't. But I just don't think this is right. Plus I need to be able to eat something and soup is getting very old. Hope you are doing well. a wrote: > Great news Lynn! Guest guest
Hello everyone! Guest guest
Hi Reema, Good choice for a topic! I'm keeping my response " simple " , as that also embodies how I live life. Guest guest
Reema, Great idea on this exercise. My homes: My Dreams My Hopes My Faith The arms of my wife The scent of her clothes My 2yo daughter standing on my feet and dancing My reflection in the staring eyes of my 7 week old daughter In my scriptures In my prayers Standing on the grass Standing in a mountain stream Riding a wave runner Climbing a Mountain Pushing my daughter to church with her pink parasal, pink dress and pink sunglasses Camping under the stars Opening the door of my home after work to hear the words belted out, " Daddy " Teaching a lesson to the Boy Scouts with us all wearing our kakhi shirts and smiles Talking Politics Talking Health Talking about all of the above Sharing a smile Sharing a hug Sharing a little hope Letting out a little chuckle to myself thinking of the wonders of life - oh the blessings! Mowing the lawn Digging in the garden, and . . . Giving more hugs and kisses. Okay, I am a little sappy; but, hey, that is me. Matt
