Dear Colleagues, This is the first edition of the ACA’s new online digital edition of the ACAnews Journal. Under Governor Kitzhaber’s “Health System Transformation” a new delivery system for Medicaid and Medicare patients is coming and within this new system chiropractic colleagues can be paid for more than simply an adjustment. We will be paid for all covered services we provide e.g., exams, X-rays, physiotherapies, blood work etc., etc. Yes, all eyes are on Oregon once again as the Oregon Chiropractic Association continues to spearhead our strong political movement toward that “level playing field” in health care for all chiropractic colleagues!!!
