Guest guest
Saw these on ebay for not too bad prices and am wondering what those of you who do Cathe videos think of them: Timesaver Power Hour + Muscle Endurance Keep in mind that I can do step aerobics but VERY simple routines (I'm pretty sure I can handle her Basic Step workout because I can do her Wedding Workout). I can handle plyometrics off the step, just not complicated choreography. I'm not intimidated at all by weights but don't own a barbell and am not sure I want to get one anytime soon either (no space for it). My workout space is also very small. Thanks for your help! (shopping, as always, for exercise stuff anyway)
Guest guest
Whenever a babell is used, you can substitute dumbells, so that's not a biggie. I don't do these workouts enough other than Muscle Endurance which I really like. I think you have to watch Cathe and boot-leg copies on e-bay though..... Guest guest
Timesaver Power Hour + Muscle Endurance Those are all great workouts. The Timesaver includes the Body Blast workouts which if you aren't familiar with stepping the chore could get kind of tricky for you. Power Hour and Muscle Endurance you could do perfectly fine without a bar bell. You can't go wrong with any of her workouts. I like the timesaver because they are shorter workouts and you can even use this DVD as a rotation and it gets everything in a week. ~~The year's hottest artists on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. Guest guest
I like ME too. LOL I don't have a barbell, either, and it really isn't a problem. -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of Darcy LedmanSent: Saturday, February 16, 2008 7:00 AMTo: exercisevideos Subject: Re: questions about Cathe videosWhenever a babell is used, you can substitute dumbells, so that's not a biggie.
