It was a nice way to wake up and loosen up before the stressful work week.

Glad you got off to a good start with a nice workout Kathy!! I can't believe its Monday already.

Monday was a cardio day and since I was too busy at

lunchtime to walk, I did Sansone’s Really Fast 2 Mile walk which

has lots of cardio intervals and is fun. I used my weighted gloves to up the

intensity of the workout. I followed this workout with the 10 minute abs and

10 minute upper body segment from Tamilee’s Tight On Time Hot Spots DVD.

Well, off to work!
