hi laura!!! the ripped rotation is going really great this

year!! this is the best run that ive had at it so far. im

currently in week 5, which is the last week, and consists of

doing 'ripped & chiseled' for strength training. i just got the

dvd today so i have that workout scheduled for tues, thurs and

sat this week, along with my walking, short abs workouts and

stretches. should be a fun week. doing ripped 1000 last

week made me really tired and sore though! i ended up taking it

easy this weekend just to recover from the accumulated effects of

the workouts this month. i thought that i was losing a bit in

the waist and i think that my shoulders look a bit better.

however, it is going to take alot longer than a month of hard

workouts to get the fat on this old bod (belly/butt/thighs) to

budge! argh!! eating also needs to keep improving in order

for me to see any real physical results... but im still rebelling

with food at times unfortunately. as always, i will keep

working on it. i think that i lost a grand total of 2 pounds on

this rotation...LOL. but i must say that all of the ripped

workouts are really great... i quite like them, and i like jari

too.
