My stretch therapist guy told me that due to the need to stretch my pelvic area and strengthen my pelvic floor muscles that I was leaning " forward " contributing to posture imbalance and more stress in my lower back area. I had thought about MBTs as a way to reposition my body, but maybe I need to recondsider. The first thing is getting the routing back into my life and stretching and strengthening my weaker muscles.
