Guest guest
I don't have much problem with the cold or drastic temperature change, here now one day it is 90, the next day it is 60, lol, I just keep changing clothes. In the winter months, we do get below freezing sometimes. Indoors, the heat is on, flannel sheets and an electric mattress pad on the bed, I wear heavy sweats and a trail fleece jacket to the gym with my bathing suit underneath, and for everything else, like outerwear, I have a great full length down coat and leather gloves. The coat got me though many Wyoming winters, it works just as well in California, lol I got it and my flannel sheets from a great place, The Company Store, http://thecompanystore.com When I am outdoors in the garden or walking the dog, I wear sweats and polarfleece tops/jacket. No need for winter boots, no snow here, I just keep on wearing my New Balance line of shoes. When it rains and I need to take the dog out, I wear my old Sorrells, just because they are waterproof. In the house I am barefooted, or wear these cool, jazzy socks that don't make my feet burn from http://polarfeet.com Because of CMT, I also have lower rates on my indoor heat bills with So. Cal.
