Thanks Gretchen. I have read the info on that website. I just wasn't

sure if it affected children most of the breathing problems seem to be

in older patients, not 13 year olds. I was hoping I was just over

reacting but I will mention it when we go back the neurologist in Nov.

Does anyone have a child affect by CMT related breathing problems or

were affected when they were children??

I wonder if my daughter (13) has involved CMT breathing. She can't always get a

full breath especially if it is raining outside. The doctors have diagnosed her

with asthma. I also have asthma who knows if it is CMT related or not. Advair

works for me.. Advair is a steroid you inhale.
