I feel so strong doing it and just feel great when I finish too. It will be interesting to see how I feel with the others, I've done all but R & C at least once but can't remember much about them right now. I've decided I prefer doing some kind of cardio warm-up before going right into the weights so I did 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner, just the first (steady-state cardio) workout.
