Great workout . I like your warm up and then adding the yoga at the end.

Well done, ! I agree about the cardio warm-up.

Even the short ones on Cathe’s dvds seem to work well for me.

I love the binder – the picture sounds cheerful.

love this workout! I feel so strong doing it and just feel great when I finish

too. It will be interesting to see how I feel with the others, I've done all

but R & C at least once but can't remember much about them right now.

I've

decided I prefer doing some kind of cardio warm-up before going right into the

weights so I did 10 Minute Solution Carb Burner, just the first (steady-state

cardio) workout. It was just right to get me ready. I was able to up some of my

weights, here's the changes:
