Hi:

I'm Kays brother and live in Oregon. Kay and I were considering a

trip to Seattle to visit with one or two of the " specialist cmt doctors " who I

remember you recommending to someone a couple of months back. Could you please

e-mail both of their names, addresses and phone numbers.

Thanking you in advance,

, hi,

Two of the most esteemed CMT expert docs are both at Univ. of

Washington in Seattle, Greg and Phil Chance MDs. The latter one

is a genetics expert, and Greg is no nonsense, down to earth, practical

very likeable, clinician. Bird is also there too - another

geneticist. All are extremely knowledgeable and well-published on CMT.

P.S. If I EVER needed to see a CMT doc again, I'd leave California and

fly to Seattle to see Dr. .

Hi ,

I live in the Seattle area and Bird is my Neuro. He's been working with

my family since I can remember. He's very knowledgable on CMT (he should be, he

ran enough guinea pig tests on us). I only recently began talking to him again

concerning my CMT (some test memories run deep), but my sister is in close touch

with Bird and Chance (I haven't had the priviledge to meet the latter) because

her 3 sons all have CMT. Dr. Chance actually has CMT, so, he REALLY can relate

on a patient-doctor basis.

I have some other numbers that may be usefull to you like his assistant and

appointment person. e-mail me for the info.
