I really love hearing about your workouts. For anybody wondering what this

CrossFit stuff is, here's the website:

It's crazy functional strength and cardio combined. The workouts tend to be

named after people. The women kick all kinds of ass.

Here's a video showing what the workouts are like. You can close the ad for

the song and/or turn the speakers down if you're at work and don't want

Kanye West blasting out of your cubicle. ;-).

That was pretty cool to watch.  Kanye makes it better (faster, stronger lol)...

I noticed that not one of those women lifting heavy looked like the incredible

hulk.  They were all tiny and fit.  Too bad most women don't ever see stuff

like that.

Diane, so are you incorporating crossfit into your blf program?

It looks great and I am interested in reading more about it.

I am doing CrossFit 3-4x a week, running 1x a week and resting on Fridays.

It's loads of fun!

The food is pretty much BfL.

OMG!! I have never heard of crossfit and after seeing that video..HOLY COW!! I

want to be that fit! Where do I get started?!

Go to www.crossfit.com. There is a list there of affiliate gyms. You don't

have to be super fit to start. They can scale the workout to any level.

It's so much fun! If there is not a gym in your area, you can still do the

WOD (workout of the day) at home using your own equipment.
