Week 3...not so great

Hi ladies,

I hope that your week has gone better than mine! I have stayed on my exercise

plan, but my eating has gone WAY over the top. (Unfortunately, my husband is

trying to be very supportive of both my healthy eating and my pregnancy

cravings. Needless to say, his job--to discourage unhealthy eating while not

pissing me off when I truly have a physical craving--is not an easy one.)

I started the week off okay, eating reasonable portions of healthy foods.

Wednesday through Saturday were just a downward spiral, beginning with a

forgotten lunch on the same day that someone brought cookies to work (it was

cookies or pass out, but unfortunately I " can't eat just one " ), and hopefully

ENDING today with the cream-filled pastries the mother-in-law brought over,

before we had a chance to restock the kitchen. Now I'm dealing with the guilty

feeling and trying to psych myself out to get back on track tonight.

How was everyone else's week?
