Ditto! My default lunch is a salad with some protein (usually chicken breast)

on top, and a splash of dressing. I'm lucky that our local grocery stores makes

salads on site - so I usually get a medium romaine salad with various extra

veggies (like peppers and cucumbers - which my kids usually pick out before I

can get to all of them!), and that does me two lunches. This weekend we had a

turkey, so I'm loving throwing some leftover white meat on top and chowing down.

Perhaps more expensive than making my own salad, but so worth it for the 1.5-2

green leafy veggie servings I get out of it daily, and the time I save. Just

need to add more meat, as I know I'm not anywhere near a protein serving...sigh.

Meat just isn't my thing.

Oh, I threw in the 20 min TJ workout today, just for a change. What fun! Also

walked on the tmill, and I will walk again before supper. I'm feeling my abs

from the Amy Bento band work I did yesterday - yay!
