Is she milk free? i found my bunged up feeling went when i went off milk.

She's dairy-free, gluten-free, more-or-less soya-free and also off assorted sugars and phenols. But she does eat lots of rice and gf pasta because I haven't plucked up the courage to try the SCD. Andy

Hi Andy,

Couple of suggestions might be a salt-water/saline solution

or xylitol water solution sprayed up the nose.

Just spray up the nose, wait a bit then blow to clear out.

The xylitol solution is very good; good clears out the nose, kills

bacteria and then makes it too slippy for further bacteria/irritants

to stick to passages. xylitol avail from Sainsburys as 'Perfect Sweet'.

You could probably buy a pump/spray type dispenser from chemist.

Also noticed this re the saline solution but haven't tried it:
