Guest guest
She's dairy-free, gluten-free, more-or-less soya-free and also off assorted sugars and phenols. But she does eat lots of rice and gf pasta because I haven't plucked up the courage to try the SCD. Andy
Guest guest
Hi Andy, Couple of suggestions might be a salt-water/saline solution or xylitol water solution sprayed up the nose. Just spray up the nose, wait a bit then blow to clear out. The xylitol solution is very good; good clears out the nose, kills bacteria and then makes it too slippy for further bacteria/irritants to stick to passages. xylitol avail from Sainsburys as 'Perfect Sweet'. You could probably buy a pump/spray type dispenser from chemist. Also noticed this re the saline solution but haven't tried it: http://www.babyworld.co.uk/information/reviews/product.asp?id=461 Regards, Mark > > Hi, > > My daughter (4) has for a long time had a problem with a blocked up > nose.
