Guest guest
We use 1 Pycogenol (sp) every night along with 1 Grape Seed Extract, Seems to work fine but I actually though it was more for the immune system. It may be helping with the other issues we have done it for about 8 months but I didn’t think to start looking for the other improvements and since we give a truck load of other supplements on the Yasko Protocol it is impossible to tell which one is doing the trick! Benefits I have read about it are: improved focus, impoved attention span, helps with motor skill coordination and helps with inflamation. Any ideas anyone? Kay. Guest guest
We've been using it for about a year. Don't kmow if it's the pyconogenol or not ,but we have seen improvements .Katy has become a very good ice skater, has only been going a few weeks to public sessions. She's been observing the good skaters and copying.Last week she was even doing piruoettes (sp ?) after she saw somebody else doing them !!Also been able to complete routines in trampoline classes.
