Guest guest Posted October 5, 2008 Report Share Posted October 5, 2008 Great job Kassia!Darcy2008/10/5 Kassia good morning,didn't do anything on friday or saturday. this morning after breakfast went straight for amy bento's all pump. 40 min total body using mostly dumbbells,step,ball, and barbell for squats. upper body got fried during the workout but was concerned when i didn't feel the fatigue in my legs BUT i went for an add on with carb burners from 10 min. solution i notice i was starting to feel it. i programmed the metabolism booster(which is all weight) and power blast(plyometric intervals) but during weights i was really feeling the tiredness in the legs. so i may not have brought them to fatigue during amy's workout i certainly did work them enough. i stopped at metabolism booster though b/c i didn't want to wear out my legs. still have to be strong and ready for work. have a great morningkassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don't want to impress people they don't like. -Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted December 21, 2008 Report Share Posted December 21, 2008 I did a perfect fitting workout tonight I chose All Pump w/ Amy. I hate to admit this, but I'm not sure I've done this one! I'm pretty anal about getting a 60-minute workout in, and this would be the reason that it has been looked over... Anyway, w/ my lack of energy, it was PERFECT. I touched on strength training, but didn't overly exert myself. Afterwards I did Miranda's back stretch for 30 minutes. So, I did get a nice 70 minute workout in after all. I'm hoping my back feels better tomorrow. It's such a bummer because it was feeling so good I was ready to push on hard w/ a kettlebell workout this week.. Then one day of bad posture took me way backwards again..GRRR.. Anyway, hope everyone had great workouts today - I have no idea what I will be doing tomorrow for exercise....
