Almost to the end of week 2 -

down 3 lbs - yeah!

Though, quite challenged as this is also my 2nd week back to work after a 4 mo

maternity leave. So missing my baby - readjusting to working - commuting - and

trying to adapt to this new lifestyle change and get my body back/create the fit

body I deserve.

I'm trying to muster as much positive energy to stay on track but am getting

sort of down about it already - and need a boost - er, smack upside the head :).

i was trying to fit my workouts in after getting home (go out to the gym after i

put the baby down to sleep)- but that's not going so well. I can definitely hop

on the treadmill (we have one at home) to do my HIIT but getting to the gym is

near impossible with my new work schedule and my husbands travel schedule. So,

I'm revising my plan and hoping to figure out a way to the strength workouts at

home.

Any suggestions?

i'm seriously considering buying p90x since so many of you recommend it.

Does p90x require the gym? If not, could I do the strength workouts with a few

dumbells?

Should I buy a kettle ball?
