Monday workout

Hi,

I didn't get any workouts in over the weekend which I needed to, but yet the two day rest was good for me, I think. I did get my scheduled workout done this evening.

I did Imax 2. I do believe this is my favorite interval workout I own. I breezed through most of the blasts except 5, 9, and 10. I don't know why she says 10 is easier. It might be easier than 9, but still very tough. I burned 473 calories.

I'm doing the Slow & Heavy workouts this week I looked at my board and I hope I don't end up too sore and then struggle with cardio again this week. Not sure how I'll work that out. I guess I'll wait and see if I get sore.

I'm off to rest.
