Guest guest
Hi Fi, I will definitely post more. The therapist - I call him a doctor but he is a physio - was trained in the US and is English mostly practising in Hong Kong now. www.stretch.co.uk <http://www.stretch.co.uk/> Anyway, he does a method called Active Isolated Stretching. I will write more to the group with his book details. The machine I use he designed to work on peroneal muscles. Note though that I do not think he is a cure all for me, but he is one of many elements I use in my programme. Subject: Re: I am back online again Hi Donna I was reading about your " stretch doctor " and was very interested; could you let me (the Group) know a bit more ie what kind of a doctor is he/she, the machine you're using, the stretches are there any more of them in the UK??? I know exactly what you mean about doing stretching after the appointments - despite all the problems I still need pushed to do these things - just like a little kid - my motivation needs stretching too!
