Hi Everyone,

I have been bad this month of August, and have usually been taking both weekend days off from workouts - most of it is scheduling, we've been busy this month w/ various things on the weekends and I have just been too tired to get up early on Sunday for my workout - and, if I don't get it in first thing, it tends to not happen later in the day. I'm okay w/ it though as I'm sort of viewing it as my extended summer vacation!

Anyway, this morning's workout was FIRM Volume 2 - also known as Low Impact Aerobics. Although the title says "low impact" there is one high impact aerobic segment in the workout - so a bit of a misnomer. But, again, this is one of those oldies (1988???) that has stood the test of time. Janet (Gretsky) leads this one and it is a tough aerobic weight training routine - lots of upper body w/ weights used during the cardio portion, then some tough floorwork (not as endless as Volume 1, though). All in all though, a good tough routine I'm beginning to feel it already.

Tomorrow will be some type of cardio - not sure what though - I'll figure it out in the morning!

I'm definately enjoying my FIRMs and I do think I will give the 90 Day Rotation another try after our Jari Love rotation. I was bad and ordered two new FIRMs (the sculpting ball kit and the "skills, drills and thrills" kit - I shouldn't have, but I was on Amazon anyway ordering some b'day presents for a party for one of DD's friends, some Xmas presents for DD, and while I was there...well, it fell into my cart! LOL!)

Take care!Donna
