Wow, 225 Deadlifts, I'm impressed, were you sore the next day.

 I'd like to try the handstand push-ups.

21-15-9 reps of:

225 pound Deadlift*

Handstand push-ups (used 10# bells for shoulder press, need to increase

weight next time)

*My first DL's at CrossFit.  Good form correction.  I used 43# barbell.

Eager to try more weight next time.

I love the warmups too.  Today was 2x

400m run

10 hip extensions

10 pushups

10 over-unders (or whatever they're called)

10 halos
