Hi,

This morning my hamstrings were just screaming at me so there was no way I could do legs.

I had Muscle Max down to do this morning. I wanted to do the entire workout, but had to skip the leg portions. I did the upper body and abs.

Chest Pushups (Toes) Pec Flyes DB 20 lb Slow count Pec Flyes DB 20 lb Slow count Pushups Toes (toes)

Back Underhand lat row BB (2 sets) 40 lb One Arm Row DB 25 lbLying Pullovers BB 30 lb

Shoulders Standing lateral raise DB (2 sets) 10 lb Band lateral raises Green Band Upright Row DB (2 sets) 10 lbFront raise/ Rear Delt squeeze BB 20 lb

Biceps Bicep Curls BB (2 sets) 35 lbCrazy 8s DB 10 lb

Triceps Seated overhead press DB/Dips (2 sets) 20 lb Single arm Band Kickbacks Green Band

Core/Abs

The abs were harder than what I remember them being. I was actually still a bit sore in the upper body so I really felt all the exercises. This routine still ended up being 55 minutes. Oh well, tomorrow is my day of rest.
