hiya! today was grocery day, so i had only a walk with chinook

thankfully it was not windy and i was all bundled up so i was

able to enjoy it, the sun even came out for a little bit.

after that i shovelled snow for 20 mins - ended up with a 508

total cal burn! wow, wasnt expecting that, that shovelling must

have been more strenuous than i thought.

i got ds#1's bedroom all finished last night, so im back to my

video workout schedule. yay! i dont want to see a paintbrush

for a couple of weeks and am looking forward to doing my usual

workouts instead of so much functional exercise.

Good job, Carolyn! Can't believe our dreaded winter is back already! We haven't had snow, but there were a couple of flurries flying around here today. I heard that it is supposed to be a cold wet winter in our region. I sure hope they're wrong. Snow shoveling is tough - I'm dreading having to do it this year - I figure I'll be at the Chiropractor's office every day! I did manage to escape "leaf season" unscathed, though.

Oh - I'm shipping out your package tomorrow - I'm sorry for the delay. I kept getting sidetracked!!!

Take care,

Donna

Hi Carolyn!

I'll bet Chinook is super excited aboyt the snow, huh? Our three

love it, too. Great cal burn with the shoveling!

We got record snow fall last year. I'm hoping for the same this

year!! I had a blast snow shoeing all over the yard, lol. Hopefully

DH and I will put in some time on the cross country skiis, too.

Yay! Winter!

You inspired me to clean up my basement :) I got a lot of work done a couple of days ago. Our hot tub room was being used for STORAGE. I got it all cleaned out, and I cleaned the bathroom, my workout room, and I tried to tidy up the real storage room. Looks sooo much better down there!

carolyn,

i will pull natalie in a sled--that is, if she will sit there, lol. i

figure even if i only get a 1/2 hour pulling a light sled (around 10

pounds) and a 30 pound toddler with winter clothes on would burn a few

calories.
