Guest guest
I have 20 years' worth of Firm videos and really enjoy them. I haven't seen the infomercial for The Wave but you might check out what people are saying on www.videofitness.com to get some idea of how it is being received. I would go to the Forums and there is also a review section. > > > Does anyone here have any experience with the Firms Wave workout? Guest guest
Hi Diane, Thanks for the advice on the Firm. I went to the video site but didn't find any review on the Wave. I decided that I will stick with what I am doing now, and lift again after PT for my shoulder. Thanks, Karyn > > > > > > > Does anyone here have any experience with the Firms Wave workout? Guest guest
Hmmmmmmmmmm. Maybe it's not available to the masses yet. I did see this: " It looks like the FIRM Wave kit is going to r/etail<http://dvdlist.kazart.com/queryDVDList2.php3?id=8097436>on Sept 1st, MSRP $59.99. Amazon is preselling the kit<http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001VLFEDU/ref=nosim/michaelsmovie-20\ >for $41.99. " So if you're still interested, wait for the price to go down. There will be reviews at www.collagevideo.com as well. A lot of people are worn out from the gadgets the Firm has been producing. When they started, you just needed weights. Then a step (tall box) and weights. And then they went mainstream. After a while the company was sold and then they started in on the infomercials and everything came with a new gadget. I have some of those gadgets and they're fine, but there is a lot to be said for needing very little! The Firm website is www.firmdirect.com, which maybe you already know from the informercial you saw. Always good to wait - the price will always come down! And in the meantime, there are things you can do to work with your shoulder injury. > > > Hi Diane, > Thanks for the advice on the Firm.
